What is your MOQ?
We provide OEM and ODM service.
For common TPE yoga mats (common color and common size), our MOQ is 100 pcs.
For some unique designs (including individual color, size, logo, pattern and printing), the MOQ is 500 pieces. Please contact us via email or whatsapp to discuss more details.
How can I get samples?
We will provide free samples in regular colors and sizes. If we incur additional costs in making the samples for you, we will charge you for them.
In addition, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost of the samples. Regarding courier charges: You can arrange RPI (Remote Pickup) service to receive the samples through Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.; or inform us of your carrier's account. You can then pay the shipping costs directly to your local carrier. Alternatively, you can send us the cost and we will arrange transportation with our carrier agent.
What is the sample delivery time?
For regular yoga mats, even with your logo, it will take 1-3 days.
For your OEM yoga mat, it will take 5-7 days or even longer (depending on your requirements).
What is the production lead time?
Quantity and OEM requirements determine production lead time.
Typically, a regular TPE yoga mat will take 1-7 days, while your special request will take 15-20 days.
How many colors do yoga mats come in?
Purple, Violet, Pink, Blue, Blue, Black, Mint Green, Turquoise are our regular stock colors. We use the Pantone color matching system to check colors. Please send us the Pantone color code you need. We will make samples or recommend other colors upon your request.
What test reports are available?
All our yoga mats are made from environmentally friendly materials. They are free of PVC, phthalates, silicone, latex, odor and other toxic substances. All test reports comply with Rohs, EN71-73 and other standards. All are available. However, buyers need to pay the testing fee for the curtain order.
What are your payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit after order confirmation, final payment before shipment for FOB orders.
For EXW orders, 100% payment before shipment.
